Shipping + Returns
 

All returns and exchanges are happily accepted within 10 day of purchase. Shipping is costly, we will do our best to find you the best rate but our flat rate is $9.95 per order.

We want you to LOVE the items that you purchase, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, any unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online at Collective Co-op can be returned within 10 days of original purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY! Any items received after 14 days will be returned at the customers expense.

Returns may be made in store or by mail.

*All returns by mail will be at the customer's expense. Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition. Thank you for understanding!

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return:

• ANY reduced priced item or sale item

• Jewelry + Accessories

• Eyewear + Hair Accessories

• Bodysuits + Underwear

*Any shoes returned must have 0 sign of wear and must be in the original box.

Collective Co-op is not responsible for packages lost in transit. You must file a claim with the USPS or call your local post office.
